We'd like to welcome anyone to join us in the Southwest Heritage Racing Assoc. event on July 6th at North Star. We're also hosting a gamblers race for "Hot Rod" and "Nostalgia Bracket" classes with an 8 car minimum ($20 entry) on Friday July 5th if anyone is interested!
HOT ROD CLASS
RULES: Open ET, Dial In Bracket. .500 sportsman tree. Door Cars 79 and Earlier. NO Electronics. Footbrake Only. NO Trans-brakes. Shift solenoids permitted. Delay Boxes MUST BE REMOVED.

Pairings By Card Draw in Staging Lanes
No Buy Backs
Bye Run Procedures:
Best reaction time earns bye run for next round. Bye run carries over. No driver may benefit from two bye runs. If there is a tie for the bye run, it will be awarded to the driver who was first.

Entry Fee = $35 (Includes Car & Driver Admission To Event & Race)
Payout 100% Starting In Quarterfinals
Nostalgia Bracket Class
RULES: Open ET, Dial In Bracket, .500 sportsman tree. Electronics Class (Delay Box & Trans-Brake Permitted) Any 79 or earlier chassis car including Door Cars, FED's, Altereds, Rod, Roadsters, Coupes and Gassers.

The SHRA staff has adjusted the "Nostalgia Bracket" class to include any 1979 or earlier chassis car including door cars, front engine dragsters, altereds, roadsters, rods or gassers. This adjustment was made to broaden the range of nostalgic bodied cars into the class. Electronics are permitted, including delay boxes and trans-brakes. This adjustment will be in effect at our next event, July 6th at NSD as well as the Gamblers Race July 5th!
