There was a very good turnout yesterday at North Star with 181 tech cards and 309 spectators. It looks like it was a good idea. The only problem was rain moved in about 12:30 and the race was cancelled with most classes in the semifinals. When we return to North Star September 28th everyone will get 2 time trials then the June 21st race will be finished then the September 28 race will begin. The run order will be changed for that race because of the number of cars in different classes.
The run order to finish the June 21st race will be:
First round:
king 1/4 final -- P Logan, J Nevil, S Allan, M Harris, G Hentz, M Parker and M Moriarty
pro semi -- B Winter, T Horne, B Carpenter and M Buchanan
super pro semi -- B Lancaster, H Clark, M Rhea and M Klingler
stock semi -- T Baker, J Suris and J Glover
street semi -- V Muzzio, J Smith, M Bearce and T Pogue
super semi -- J Dutton, R Lemmon, J Melton and B Penfold
Second round:
king semi
pro final
super pro final
electronics final -- B Boon and R Broom
stock final
street final
super final
Third round:
king final

Thank you for clarifying Mark, I was wondering how that was going to work out. Will we be starting any earlier due to the program needing to be longer?

The tmccc club reps will have a meeting next month. We will talk about an earlier start and/or eliminating the consultation braket at that race.

Hey do we have to run the same car, On the rain out date, and i guess if we can not make it we lose correct,

Good point Robert and that's right. I know it will be a 3 month rain delay but it's just like a 3 minute delay. You run the same car the entire race.
The other question about the Kennedale race. Cindi wants to reschedule in the Fall and we will make every effort to do so and have 10 races as planned.
