The IHRA site has announced that Dallas Raceway - Crandall is closing on May 7th. I guess our wishes to go back there are over unless someone else buys it from the bank.

Has there not been an update. I heard someone was talking to the bank about buying it

Final details should be available tomorrow (or early this week). They are waiting on an answer from the bank. Rumor has it, there are two offers on the table. One will keep the track as is, the other will make this a Pro Mod and Top Fuel test facility (with no other racing). Bank is supposed to make their final decision tomorrow. We can hope it goes in favor of the current program.
